  1. Hi, regarding the unit turnover for Woodhills Setting, I was informed by our agent that house construction shall commence after I have fully settled my balance which is due by January 2014. Construction shall take approximately 8 monts and so I'm looking forward to my unit's turnover by last quarter of 2014. However based on your post, turnover shall be on the last quarter of 2015. I'd appreciate it if you can clarify please. Thanks.

  2. Thank you for your message. I guess you weren't able to sign a Construction Waiver yet? If house construction will start September 2014 (as in our Marketing Price List), then unit turn over will start last quarter of 2015 po.

  3. Thanks for your clarification. This is for Phase 1 right? Yes I haven't signed the Construction Waiver yet. I suppose I'll be signing it after I have settled the full unit amount early next year? So much for the excitement, I really thought the house would be ready by end of next year just in time for our phil. vacation. Thanks again!

    Phase 1 = ?
    Phase 2 = 4Q of 2015

  5. could be that Phase 1 TO will be 4Q of 2015, and to follow henceforth is the TO for Phase 2. this is based on my personal assumption.
