got back from accident

Good morning everyone...
Am now back from a very long vacation since my accident....

Well, the most important thing I learned is to take care of one's body first and foremost.
To eat on time, not missing important meals like breakfast and lunch.
Why work too hard, to gratify who?
When we need sleep, or even a nap, please do.
When we need to pee, then go and pee.

I am just glad and grateful it was not a serious injury....
Thank you O Father for this gift of life and love.
